Park Rules

It is our goal to offer all our guests a safe, comfortable and fun experience in the park. Here are a few reminders you should keep in mind:

We will conduct bag checks and permissive body checks at the main entrance of the park. Guests are reminded that certain items which may be regarded dangerous or offensive may be prohibited from being brought inside the park. The management reserves the right to refuse entry, or to require a person already admitted to leave the park, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the park rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, persons under the influence of alcohol & or other intoxicated substance to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
Management is not responsible nor liable for any damage or loss of guest’s property or belongings, within the premises of the park. The guests are responsible for their personal belongings while inside the park. Disorderly behavior and or profanity will not be tolerated inside the park and will be advised to leave the park with no refund or compensation.Please supervise your children while inside the park.
Park rides and attractions are restricted by height and or physical limitations established by ride manufacturers for your safety. Each guest has different capabilities and limitations, and every ride or attraction has associated risks. For your safety, carefully observe and evaluate each ride and attraction to determine if you or members of your party can safely take it. Please check signs posted at the ride entrances for guidance.
We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the park or attractions, close the park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons entering the park, and/or suspend or cancel any ride, attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. Signs will be posted at the main entrance to announce rides or attractions temporarily closed due to inclement weather and/or regular maintenance.
Line Jumping is strictly prohibited. Except for natural and emergency causes, Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason.
Outside food and/or beverages, including water are not allowed inside the park, except baby food items.
Most rides cannot accommodate loose articles including cellphones, personal entertainment devices, cameras, headgear, stuffed toys, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, beverages or food, etc. These items must be either safely secured in guest’s pockets or belt bag, placed in a ride storage box, left in a rented locker or with a non-rider. Ride operators and attendants are not responsible for loose articles. Eyeglasses or sun glasses must be secured at all times. Please be mindful of your belongings.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in the ticket, a Ticket is valid only on date purchased or indicated. All tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable and void if altered. The ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity and is not valid for special events or attractions that require a separate admission fee.
Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Masks or disguises that conceal identity are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside the park
